I assist customers in defining needs whether buying or selling a home or commercial real estate property; Assist in determining the best financing options; Aggressively marketing and presenting real estate properties in a professional manner; Serving as the principal liaison between buyer and seller so an agreement can be successfully negotiated with ease and efficiency; Overseeing complicated details to ensure a successful and timely closing and transfer of property ownership occurs.

A highly creative real estate professional with keenly developed skills in sales, problem analysis and resolution refined through more than twenty years of Real Estate sales, and fifteen years of Mortgage Lending and program development experience.
